I am glad, the Society of Kristudasis has started the Marymatha ICSE School at Pudukad, in the Archdiocese of Trichur. The motto of the School is "Divine love and Wisdom". It reflects the Biblical teaching which says that "the true beginning of wisdom is the desire to learn and a concern for learning means love towards her" (Wisdom of Solomon 6:17). The thinking process of a man shapes his self; hence the way the thinking takes root in him is very important. He should be guided and directed to think positively about himself, to visualize creatively the latent energies and potentialities in him, in others and in humanity.

Marymatha ICSE School is a mother, and as such should strive to inculcate love and learning, discipline and dedication, truth and trust in the children. This programme is well expressed in the school emblem which portrays education after the pattern of a Mother - Child relationship.
